Waypoint Homes is the consumer facing company for Colony Starwood Homes, providing single-family homes for rent. Clyint works with Waypoint’s marketing department to design all operational materials for nationwide offices as well as environment advertising to market their rentals to the consumer (i.e. yard signs, riders, self-showings, etc.). We designed the graphical skin for their website and all social media banners & assets for their social platforms.
Clyint also designed, printed and installed large scale art installation pieces for their corporate headquarters in Scottsdale, Arizona.
